Sorting users by column
If you're working with a long list of user accounts and need to change an account, it's helpful to sort the list so you can quickly find the user account you need to change.
When you open Account Manager, user accounts are grouped by Type (Administrator or User). Within each group, user accounts are shown in ascending order by Last Name. You can sort the users in each group in ascending or descending order by the Email, First Name or Last Name columns. Clicking a column name toggles between ascending and descending order. Changing the sort order affects user accounts in both groups simultaneously.
To sort the user list:
Do one of the following:
-- Click on the name of the column you wish to sort on (Email, First Name or Last Name). The first click sorts the list in ascending order by the information in that column. Click again for descending order.
- or -
-- Hover your cursor over the column you wish to sort on. The column is highlighted and a drop-down arrow appears. Click the arrow and select Sort Ascending or Sort Descending from the drop-down list.
