Selecting a default marker icon
The marker tool lets you place markers (icons) on your images and maps. It automatically uses the default icon, unless you select a different icon from the drop-down list. Selecting an icon from the list sets that icon as the default. You can also change the default icon from the Defaults tab of the Preferences dialog box. See "The Defaults tab."
