Pictometry Online lets you pan (move the image or map) manually with your mouse by using the Pan Tool. (You can also start and stop a continuous pan in any direction.)
Note: You can also pan while a measurement or annotation tool is active. See Panning while a tool is active.
To pan the image or map with the Pan Tool:
1 If not already active, click the Pan Tool (the hand).
2 Do one of the following:
-- Drag the image or map in the desired direction, then release the mouse button.
- or -
-- In the Navigation window, drag the miniature image or map until it shows the area you wish to view, then release the mouse button.
