Opening Account Manager (for Administrators only)

The Account Manager application allows System Administrators to manage user accounts and user sessions. For example, as an Administrator, you can add, delete, deactivate, activate, or change user accounts. You can also see who is logged on, and you can log a user off, if necessary.

Important:  To open Account Manager, you must navigate away from Pictometry Online. If you wish to save any changes you made in Pictometry Online, you should do so before opening Account Manager. (When you later exit Account Manager, Pictometry Online opens to its initial view; it does not return to the location and workspace that were in view when you started Account Manager.)

To open Account Manager:

   Click Admin (to the right of "Logout").

If you've changed your workspace and haven't saved it (you've added annotations or bookmarks for example), a message appears to warn you that your changes will be lost if you navigate away from Pictometry Online.

To save your changes:

--  Click Cancel.

--  Save your workspace.

--  Click Admin again.

Otherwise click OK.

     The Account Manager application opens.
