Account Manager lets you log out a user. The log-out happens immediately.
Why log out users? If you need to reduce the number of "concurrent users" in order to add allow other users to log in, you may choose to log out some users who are not currently using the application.
Hint: Before you log out a user, you may want to refresh the user list to see the most current list of logged-in users. See Refreshing the user list.
To log-out a user:
1 In the user list, select the user you wish to log out. (Click anywhere in the row.)
Hint: To select multiple users, hold SHIFT or CTRL while clicking another row.
2 From the Action panel, select Log out selected user.
The user is logged out, and in the user list, the Status icon changes to show the user's new status.
