Exporting an image

Pictometry Online lets you export the image currently shown in the Image window to your hard drive. The exported image is saved in the default format (JPEG, GIF, or PNG).

Note:  To change the default format, click Preferences->Options tab.

To export the image currently in view:

1   Click the Export current image button.

2   Save the file to your hard drive. (Depending on your browser, the button might be called "Save" or "Save to Disk.")

3   Note the name of the folder to which the file will be downloaded. (Your browser might automatically save the file to the "Desktop" folder, or it might allow you to navigate and choose the folder to download the file to.)

4   When the download is complete, close any open download dialog boxes.
