Activating a user

Account Manager lets you activate deactivated user and administrator accounts.

To activate a disabled Pictometry Online account:

1   In the user list, select the user whose account you wish to activate. (Click anywhere in the row.)

Hint: To select multiple users, hold SHIFT or CTRL while clicking another row.

2   Do one of the following:

--  From the Action panel, select Mark selected user active.

- or -

--  Click the Status icon to the left of the user's E-mail address.

The user is marked active. In the user list, that user's row is restored, and the Status icon changes to show the user's new status.

Important: This change is temporary until you click the Save button.

3   Click Save.

The user (or administrator) account is activated. Any workspaces the user created before being disabled are also restored.
