Pictometry Online lets you enter search criteria (typically a partial or complete street address, Lat/Long coordinates, or other data associated with a land parcel or a street segment) to find corresponding locations in your image/map. The image or map may jump automatically to the corresponding location, or Pictometry Online may present a list of hits, from which you can choose a location to go to in the image/map.
There are several ways in which to search. You can search:
- By Lat/Long coordinates.
- By street address ("Address" or "PxPoint" searches).
- For a parcel by address (by using GIS land parcel data associated with your imagery).
- For a parcel by street centerline (by using a TIGER or a Centerline file associated with your imagery).
Note: The feature that allows you to search for a parcel (by either address or street centerline) is set up by your Data Administrator (to search your particular image data).
Search accuracy is shown on the Status Bar following each data search.
