Welcome to the Administration application— the web-based software application that lets you maintain user accounts and specify the settings for your Imaging application.

You can do the following things to set up and manage an organization:

• Add an organization and set up its access methods (concurrent, session-based, or hourly) and starting characteristics (geographic starting point, shot type, shot level, etc.)
• Create an Administrator account for an organization. That "organizational administrator" can later add and maintain user accounts for that organization.
• Create geofences and assign them to organizations
• Set up an organization's GIS layers
• Allow or deny access to specific image libraries
• Allow or deny access to elevation files
• Customize an organization. For example, you can include XML code that specifies an alternate location for an organization's base map and tile server.
• Change an organization's settings. For example, you might add sessions or hours, update administrator information, or restrict image library access.

You can manage your user accounts and sessions in the following ways:

• Add, delete, deactivate, activate, or change user accounts
• See who is logged in
• Log a user out of the Imaging application, if necessary
• View usage reports
