Viewing inactive users

This feature is helpful if you need to activate a user who is currently inactive. Use the following procedure to view the list of inactive users for the current organization.

NOTE: If you want to view users for a different organization, select the organization first. See Selecting an organization.

To view inactive users:

In the Action Panel, click View InActive Users. (If necessary, expand User Properties.)

User accounts are sorted in the current sort order by user type.
