If you are working with a long list of users and need to change a user account, it's helpful to sort the user list so you can quickly find the user whose account you need to change.
When you view the user list, users are sorted by user type (User, Administrator, and Guest). Within each type, users are shown in ascending order by Last Name. You can sort the users in each user type in ascending or descending order by the Email, First Name, Last Name, or Application columns. Clicking a column name toggles between ascending and descending order. Changing the sort order affects users in all groups simultaneously.
NOTE: If you want to view users for a different organization, select the organization first. See Selecting an organization.
To sort the user list:
Do one of the following:
The first click sorts the list in ascending order within each user type by the information in that column. Click again for descending order.
The column is highlighted and a drop-down arrow appears. Click the arrow and select Sort Ascending or Sort Descending from the list.
