The naming conventions for the files are as follows:

3533	indicates the Minnesota Quadrangle ID
nw	indicates the quarter-quad direction ne, nw, se, sw
cc	indicates Ramsey County coordinate NAD83 feet 
.sid	indicates MrSid compressed format

>DATA USAGE<
INDIVIDUAL IMAGE FILES
Files may be accessed individually by simply adding each image
as a ArcView theme. To do this complete the following steps:
1) open ArcView
2) Activate the MrSId ArcView Extension
3) open a View
4) Add a theme
5) Set data source type to Image 
6) click on the image you want to see.
7) make the image active by toggling the box left of its name

IMAGE CATALOG
An image catalog seamlessly integrates the image files into a single theme. 
To accomplish this follow these steps:
* First locate the file "ramseyicat.txt". View this file with a text editor 
and make sure the paths are set correctly to where your image files 
are installed, if not edit this file.
1) open ArcView
2) Activate the MrSId ArcView Extension
3) under project click on "add table"
4) under file type click ".txt"
5) under directories find the file "rameyicat.txt" (supplied on this CD)
6) under file click on export then pick INFO pick OK
7) choose a path (Directory) and file name for file creation pick OK
8) You may now utilize this image catalog as a single theme
   similar to individual images above.
